CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Medical examiner identified the 16-year-old fatally shot at the Rainbow Terrace Apartments in Garden Valley last week.

The victim is Tresean Martin, of Cleveland, said the medical examiner.

Martin and a 14-year-old boy were shot around noon on Friday, Oct. 10.

The 14-year-old was transported to University Hospitals and was last listed in critical condition.

Witnesses told Cleveland Councilperson Richard Starr a group of teens were making a video in a hallway when another person approached.

Starr said a dispute followed and then shots were fired.

There’s no word yet on who shot the teens.
