CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Public Library was broken into on Tuesday, police confirmed, and detectives need help identifying the theft suspect caught on camera.

Police said the breaking and entering and theft happened on Oct. 14 at the Cleveland Public Library branch located at 8216 Lorain Rd.
