AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) - U.S. Marshals made an arrest Tuesday in the murder of a 27-year-old man.

Timothy Whitthorne, 33, is accused of fatally shooting Razeil Robinson on Sept. 25.

Akron police officers found Robinson shot dead just past sunrise in the 1000 block of Rosemary Boulevard.

Marshals say a warrant was issued Oct. 6 for Whitthorne, who also goes by Timothy Lanier.

He was taken into custody Tuesday at a home on Valley Lane in Garfield Heights.

He faces charges of murder, felonious assault and having weapons while under disability.
