The Baltimore Jewish community will come together Tuesday night for a celebration following the release of hostages and their return home to Israel.

All 20 living hostages held by Hamas and hundreds of Palestinian prisoners held by Israel walked free Monday as part of a ceasefire pausing two years of war.

“It’s total and complete overjoy, circuit-breaking, popping overjoy,” said Azi Rosenblum, an Israeli-American community member.

The celebration will take place at the Suburban Country Club’s lower level parking lot in Parkville starting at 8:30 p.m.

Congregants from Beth El and Chizuk Amuno will march in a processional to the location following Simchat Torah services at their respective synagogues.

Parking is available at the Suburban Country Club’s upper lot or nearby at the Baltimo
