HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Scattered to widespread showers are expected to continue across the region through the morning hours Tuesday, with rain chances ranging from 30 to 60 percent before decreasing this afternoon.

The current weather pattern shows widespread low stratus clouds across Nebraska and Kansas, keeping morning temperatures in the 50s. A disturbance moving through the plains has generated scattered showers that will increase in coverage over the next few hours, with widespread showers expected through the mid to late morning.
