COLEMAN — A Lansing man was arrested early Sunday after allegedly breaking into a home in Warren Township, according to the Midland County Sheriff’s Office.

Per an Oct. 13 news release, deputies were dispatched around 12:16 a.m. Oct. 12 for a report of a home invasion in progress. The homeowners — a 30-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman, both from Coleman — told deputies they woke to find a man in their bedroom.

The homeowner detained the suspect in the garage until law enforcement arrived.

After investigating, deputies arrested the suspect, identified as Nicholas Premo of Lansing. He was lodged in the Midland County Jail.
