KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Traffic laws are in place to keep us safe and each week on WVLT, we talk about the issues that many of you have while traveling on our roads and highways.

Anthony Gonzales said on the “What’s Driving You Crazy on the Roads?” form, “When people cut across double yellow lines or two sets of double yellow lines. I often see this done in heavy traffic with high risk.”

During a conversation about this response, he said that it is particularly a concern for him because his kids are often in the car with him.

“I’ve even let people go through, thinking to let them in front of me when I’m in line at the lights, and then I’ll see them shoot across two lines and then go in the opposite direction. You know it is just dangerous,” Gonzales said. “We’ve got children in our ca
