For one lucky lottery player, some things are better late than never.

Cheryl Bach, from Holly Springs, N.C., bought a $50 ticket for the $10 Million Spectacular scratch-off game from a Harris Teeter grocery store in the suburbs of Raleigh — and despite her disbelief, scored herself a winning ticket.
