Massachusetts authorities said a mother died after being pinned between her SUV and another vehicle as she was checking on her baby.

According to a news release from the Lawrence Police Department , the incident took place on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 9, when the victim parked her 2015 Honda CR-V on Currier Street in Lawrence, got out of the vehicle and walked around it to tend to the infant.
