Vernal City Council candidate Stephen Ward has made volunteer service a priority during his time in the community. “I have volunteered as a coach, scout leader, precinct secretary, county delegate, central committee vice-chair, and in many church-related positions,” shares Ward. “Each of these opportunities has helped me learn to listen to individual needs and work with others to seek solutions.
