Election ballots are showing up in mailboxes around the Uintah Basin and Vernal City residents will have the opportunity to vote for two open City Council positions. Incumbent candidate Ted Munford is passionate about serving Vernal City and hopes to continue to do so. “I have served on Vernal City Council for many years,” shares Munford. “I am proud of the work we have accomplished in revitalizing our community, cleaning up dilapidated areas, supporting small business growth, and providing fun and exciting community events.
