Last week, the Vancouver Park Board got down to business to address the real issue plaguing the city’s parks: Harry Potter Christmas events for children.
Readers may be asking themselves if they read that correctly. Surely drug use, homeless encampments and litter would top the list of items the Park Board would be dealing with, right?
