The Jets are moving on from one of their defensive linemen.

Per Rich Cimini of ESPN, New York is waiving defensive tackle Leonard Taylor.

Taylor, 26, joined the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Miami last year. He appeared in 14 games as a rookie, recording 1.5 sacks, four tackles for loss, and four QB hits.

But this season, he’s appeared in just two games, playing 47 defensive snaps and 13 special teams snaps. He has not been active on gameday since Week 3.
