CHESANING, MI — Two family-owned companies will join forces for a two-day celebration of state heritage and craftsmanship in Chesaning this month, featuring special presentations, shopping opportunities, and the unveiling of a new community mural.
Ed Rehmann and Sons , a Chesaning-based clothing retailer, is partnering with Upper Peninsula outfitter Stormy Kromer for events scheduled Friday and Saturday, Oct. 17-18, organizers said.
The weekend begins Friday evening at Big Rock Coffee in downtown Chesaning with “An Evening with Stormy Kromer Chairman Bob Jacquart.” The presentation will give attendees the chance to hear stories from the Ironwood-based company’s leader, ask questions, and learn about the brand’s history and future plans, organizers said.
