Strictly Come Dancing's Balvinder Sopal and Julian Caillon appeared on It Takes Two to dissect their experience so far.

The 46-year-old actress made her EastEnders debut as Suki Kaur Panesar back in 2019, and swapped out the drama of Walford for the glitz and glamour of the Strictly dancefloor.

Balvinder was the fifth contestant to be confirmed as appearing on the 2025 series of the hit dance show. Gladiator Harry Aikines-Aryeetey the first contestant announced, followed by three stars later on The One Show.

On Saturday night (October 11), it was Movie Week for the stars as they dressed up as their alter-ego for the night.
