The Vancouver Rise FC won their 11th match this season after defeating the Montréal Roses FC 1-0 Saturday (Oct. 11).

Rise FC's Jessica De Filippo scored her sixth goal of the season in the 11th minute.

The Rise FC took on the Roses FC at the Stade Boréale in Montréal, holding possession 50 percent of the time and taking nine shots, three of which were on goal, while the Rose FC took 15 shots, three of which were on goal.

The Rise FC will travel to Calgary for its next match on Oct. 16, taking on the Calgary Wild FC.

The top four teams in the league will play in the semifinals, with all four securing their spots: AFC Toronto, Montreal Roses, Ottawa Rapid, and Vancouver Rise FC. The final is scheduled for Nov. 15 at BMO Field in Toronto.
