OHSAA football playoff picture comes into focus with two weeks remaining

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio High School Athletic Association has posted updated football computer ratings ahead of Week 9.

This year brings a change to the state’s playoff format in which 12 teams will qualify for the playoffs in each region. The top 16 had made it since 2021. Now, the top four teams will have first-round byes in the 11th week of the season.
