GLOCESTER, R.I. (WPRI) — Three people were arrested in connection with a recent burglary at a restaurant in Glocester, according to police.

Officers were called to Mr. Z's Pipasa by the Lake off Putnam Pike on Monday morning for an alarm and possible suspect inside the building.

Police said they reviewed surveillance footage and identified a second possible suspect.

A short time later, officers stopped an unregistered black pickup truck on Route 44 near the Connecticut state line and found three people inside. After searching the truck and a building across the street from the restaurant, police said they seized evidence including liquor, four rifles —one of which was an AK-47— and $400 in cash.
