The New York City Wine and Food Festival returns this week for its 18th year, debuting in the city's historic Seaport district.

Celebrity chefs and Food Network hosts will lead panels and events with mouth-watering dishes, including the return of Padma Lakshmi and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who will host the Asian Night Market Thursday evening to celebrate the city's best Asian cuisine.

Lee Schrager, founder of the festival, and Shige Kabashima, owner of the restaurant NR, joined "the Rush Hour" on Tuesday to talk about the event.
