Four crimes were reported during 2024 at three of Central Arizona College’s six campuses — down from six in 2023 and 11 in 2022, according to a federally mandated campus-security report released in October.

The Maricopa and Superstition Mountain campuses both had one stalking incident in 2024.

At the Signal Peak Campus, the only CAC campus that has residence halls, offenses in 2024 were one rape and one burglary on campus in residence halls.

The rape was investigated and determined unfounded, which the report defines as being investigated and found false or baseless.

The Central Arizona College Police Department takes all reports of sexual misconduct and stalking seriously, CACPD Chief Frank Alanis said.
