A bus has crashed into a home on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

The crash took place just before 9am on Taree Avenue in North Balgowlah.

On arrival, police found the bus had hit a power pole before continuing into the front of two properties.

The driver, a 37-year-old man, and 15 passengers, were all assessed by paramedics but did not require further treatment.

An investigation into the cause of the crash is under way.
