Who is responsible for responding to the most significant lawsuit aimed at reforming New Mexico's education system?

On Tuesday, the agency presented a new plan to lawmakers assigning responsibilities to respond to findings of the landmark Yazzie/Martinez lawsuit, calling on the Legislature to consider passing or amending several laws in order to improve outcomes for the state’s most disadvantaged children.
