Lansing — The Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Attorney General Dana Nessel's office have reached a settlement in a dispute over documents seized in a June 18 raid of the state agency's Lansing headquarters.

The two state agencies reached the agreement on the eve of a planned court hearing in Oakland County Circuit Court, where the parties were scheduled to argue their cases in front of Judge Jacob Cunningham.
