Shares of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. will be in focus on Wednesday, October 15, after the company announced its quarterly results for the July to September period.

Along with its results, the company also announced a bonus issue of equity shares for its shareholders.

Thyrocare Technologies will be issuing two bonus shares for every one share that shareholders will have as on the record date.

The record date for the bonus issue has not been disclosed by the company.

This is the first instance of bonus shares that Thyrocare has approved for its shareholders. Since 2016, the company has paid dividends worth ₹143.5 per share to its shareholders.
