SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - A Ware man was arrested for allegedly stealing a bike belonging to a 13-year-old girl and her 9-year-old brother.

After an investigation last week, police found Corky Schipper, of Ware, with the bike and arrested him.

After that, officers returned the bike to the girl. Police are investigating whether Schipper stole the bike himself, which could bring additional charges.
