A crash on westbound Interstate 10 on Tuesday, Oct. 14, led to hours of traffic slowdowns near the Bob Hope Drive exit.

The crash was reported in California Highway Patrol's online incident log around 2:30 p.m. The log stated that the crash involved two vehicles that ended up in a ditch.

Traffic was still slowed until after 5 p.m., more than two hours later, but had resumed normal speeds by 5:30 p.m., according to the traffic monitoring service SigAlert.
