Postal service issues result in lack of confidence

I have tried to support the postal service, being very appreciative of the services they provide. I feel fortunate to have the ability to send letters, thank you notes and packages to friends and family all over the United States and they are sent safely and securely.

Recently I mailed treats to my niece and nephew in Indianapolis and Richmond. After 16 days, they still had not received them. Looking at the tracking number, I saw that one was still in Washington, D.C. The other one was sent to Terre Haute for a couple of days then back to the distribution center in Indianapolis.

This isn’t even the busy season. Christmas is right around the corner, and my experience has told me what mailing company not to use.
