A Kent borough has been allocated a Government target of 19,746 new homes to be built - and the council's just-published draft Local Plan reveals where the major development sites will be.
This target has been set for Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and the authority's plan, which extends to 2042, will be reviewed by councillors at a meeting on October 21. The council said it would "maximise" development on previously developed land, but would also "release greenfield" sites.
