TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - For the 10th time since April, authorities are investigating a violent attack connected to Sun Tran.

The Tucson Police Department said it responded to a shooting on a Sun Tran bus near Irvington and 13th Avenue late Tuesday, Oct. 14.

The TPD said the victim and suspect got into an argument on the bus, and that it turned into a fight.

When the driver stopped the bus in the 700 block of West Irvington, the suspect shot at the victim but missed.

The bullet hit the rear seat, and the suspect fled the area. The TPD said officers found a shell casing on the bus.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.

This is the 10th violent attack connected to Sun Tran that 13 News has reported on since April.
