Police have issued an update after 'suspicious' teenagers were arrested on a Bury estate.

Officers were called out to Roch Crescent, in Whitefield , at around 6.40pm on Monday evening (October 13).

Greater Manchester Police said it had received reports of 'suspicious males in the area' .

Two 13-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of burglary and taken to custody for questioning.

In an update issued this morning (Wednesday), GMP confirmed a third boy - aged 15 - was also arrested on suspicion of burglary.

All three youths have since been bailed pending further enquiries.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a number of police vehicles on Roch Crescent on Monday evening.
