BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Next season will mark a first and last for the UAB Blazers football program as they hit the road in Conference USA.

C-USA revealed the league’s 2026 conference opponents Tuesday, including who UAB will face as they enter their first season under a new head coach.

Charlotte, East Carolina, Navy and UTSA will come to Protective Stadium next year while the Blazers will hit the road to face Memphis, North Texas, South Florida and Temple.

The home game against ECU will be the first time UAB has faced the Pirates since joining C-USA. Additionally, after playing against each other seven years in a row from 2017-2023, UTSA and UAB will face each other for the first time in two years.
