The Celebrity Apprentice is officially returning for the first time in six years as the BBC teased it will feature a new twist.
Despite the Lord Alan Sugar series being one of the most popular reality shows the BBC has ever released, there’s only been three celebrity specials to date.
Airing in 2007, two-part series Comic Relief Does The Apprentice featured the likes of Piers Morgan, Cheryl Cole and Ross Kemp as 10 stars were split into ‘boys and girls’ teams.
With Celebrity Traitors’ Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross taking part in the Comic Relief special in 2009, the Celebrity Special remained off the air until 2019, where the likes of Amanda Holden and Rylan Clark raised funds once again for Comic Relief.
