Hours later, a video went viral on social media, claiming that Afghan forces had captured a Pakistani military tank following the border confrontation on Tuesday night.

The viral video, posted on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle 'Afghanistan under Taliban rule', shows a person driving an open-roof jeep at an unspecified location, seemingly somewhere in Afghanistan.

The person behind the wheel could be seen filming tanks bearing Pakistani flags on the front, passing by his vehicle.
