Jimmy Ray Rodgers took the stand at Mark Sievers' post-conviction relief hearing and said the defendant had no role in his wife's murder. Sievers was sentenced to death after his conviction for hiring Rodgers and Curtis Wright to murder his wife, Dr. Teresa Sievers. (10/14/25)
