Iconic ’90s alt-rockers Sugar, helmed by the equally legendary singer/songwriter Bob Mould , are back with their first new music in 30 years and the promise of new tour dates.
The band, which hit big in the 1990s with such songs as “If I Can’t Change Your Mind,” “Believe What You’re Saying,” and “Your Favorite Thing,” made the news official with a post to their Instagram page on Wednesday.
In an interview with Rolling Stone , Mould, a prolific solo artist who just completed a string of solo electric gigs with Sugar bassist David Barbé as his opening act, said he wanted to see “if people are still interested” in his old combo.
A new song, “House of Dead Memories,” is now streaming from the band’s official website . And the combo teased upcoming dates in New York City and Lond
