LANSING, Mich. — A Michigan woman sat on a winning "Lucky for Life" Michigan Lottery ticket for days before realizing that she took home on of the jackpots.

Anita Yousif, 42 of Sterling Heights, matched all five white balls on the Sept. 25 drawing after purchasing her ticket from Mound Fuel Stop Inc, located at 5950 15 Mile Road in Sterling Heights. Her winning numbers were: 05-07-19-28-34.

“I play Lucky For Life often,” said Yousif. “It wasn’t until days after the drawing that I checked my ticket by scanning it on the Michigan Lottery app. When I realized how much I’d won, I couldn’t believe it! It’s hard to explain the feeling because I’m still trying to comprehend it.”
