GRAND FORKS — As the statewide Best in Class Program continues to expand, Lt. Gov. Michelle Strinden said the program is proving to be one of the “highest return on investments” for the state, as well as for families in North Dakota.

On Monday, Oct. 6, Strinden and other North Dakota state representatives visited Best in Class sites in West Fargo, Mapleton, Tower City and Valley City. The Best in Class program, offered by North Dakota Health and Human Services, provides additional funding and guidance for childhood education centers serving pre-kindergarten students.
