CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A Fairfax teen is expected to submit a plea of admit for the killing of a 64-year-old woman.
State prosecutors and the defense attorney for the juvenile suspect came to an agreement during a hearing Wednesday.
“We do have an agreement in place between defense and state... vacate motion hearing, vacate trial date and set plea hearing,” the defense said.
The plea hearing is scheduled for Nov. 10, which was supposed to be the day of the teen’s trial.
The family of the victim, Shelia “Denise” Tenpenny, was in court Wednesday, and said they are pleased with the deal.
