Walmart has embraced the era of artificial intelligence.
The retail giant announced on Tuesday that it is partnering with OpenAI to enhance its shopper experience. Customers and members will soon be able to shop Walmart through ChatGPT to plan meals, restock household essentials or find something new.
More specifically, the AI will learn and predict customers’ needs, turning shopping from a reactive experience into a proactive one that is more personalized and contextual, according to Walmart.
