OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a thirteenth person in a drug round-up operation that launched on Oct. 1.

According to arrest warrants, 34-year-old Jayquan Nathaniel Goodine of Seneca planned to distribute more than a gram of meth at the Oconee County Detention Center.

Goodine was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and criminal conspiracy.

Deputies said that Goodine was booked into the detention center around 2:39 p.m. Tuesday and remains detained on a $35,000 surety bond.
