A Scots mum has told how she is unable to live in her own home and have her grandchildren visit two years after a 'constant leaks' deemed her property 'unliveable'.
Catherine Douglas from Edinburgh moved into her Clermiston home at Alan Breck Gardens in 2019 and has been living a "nightmare" ever since.
She claims leaks started coming through her kitchen roof from the flat above in 2020 before the same issue started in her bathroom.
Catherine has been dealing with constant damp and mould for years and moved out of the property in May 2023 after the building company representing her insurance advised her to do so.
