ATLANTA — A collection of "visionaries and community leaders" were recognized Tuesday night for their efforts to uplift Grove Park, the historically underserved Westside neighborhood at the cross-section of development and neighborhood transformation in Atlanta.
The third annual Grove Park Heroes Awards were held by the Grove Park Foundation.
"It was an incredible evening celebrating the local leaders and unsung heroes who are helping to build a stronger, more equitable future for the Grove Park community," a release from the foundation said. "Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens joined residents, honorees and community partners for an inspiring night of storytelling and recognition."
