Edinburgh restaurant owners were left baffled after they arrived to a cordon on Wednesday morning.
Owners of Sabzi on Ferry Road have claimed they were not informed of building repairs going on, and were left 'frustrated'. An image shared by the eatery shows yellow and black tape around the venue.
Sabzi said it is 'hugely damaging for any small business trying to survive in today's climate'. Despite the issues, owners said it was business as usual from 5pm on October 15.
Posting to their social media page, owners said: "We’ve arrived to a cordoned off street this morning.
"Unfortunately some of our neighbours decided not to inform us of building repairs. If you know the history and double standards we’ve had with some neighbours, you’ll understand our frustration.
