FOXBOROUGH - The NFL’s trade deadline is right around the corner.
The Patriots, at 4-2 and sitting atop the AFC East, are in position to improve the team.
During his Wednesday press conference, Patriots coach Mike Vrabel was asked if the team’s current standing might influence how aggressive they might be ahead of the Nov. 4 deadline trying to acquire talent.
Vrabel didn’t exactly reveal his hand or embrace the question.
“I don’t know if that has a bearing on it,” Vrabel said regarding his team’s standing. “We’re just going to continue to try to strengthen the roster each and every day. Sometimes there will be small moves, maybe bigger ones.
