A former FBI agent was sentenced to 80 years in prison for sexually assaulting three women at two different tattoo studios in Maryland, officials said Tuesday.
Eduardo Valdivia, 41, was arrested in November of last year after two women accused him of raping them inside DC Fine Line Tattoos, a studio he owned in in Gaithersburg.
Valdivia — who’d been employed as a supervisory special agent with the FBI for more than a decade at the time of his arrest — lured the victims to the tattoo studio “under the pretense of free tattoos and/or modeling opportunities,” the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office said in a news release.
