BOISE, Idaho — A 40-year-old man was indicted on felony charges Tuesday after he allegedly touched four young girls inappropriately at Roaring Springs Waterpark in Meridian.

According to court documents, an Ada County grand jury indicted Bo Gene Crisp on three felony charges: sexual abuse of a child under 16, sexual battery of a minor aged 16, and attempted sexual abuse of a child under 16, along with a misdemeanor charge of sexual battery.

Court documents state Crisp's victims are a 16-year-old girl, two 13-year-old girls and another child under the age of 16.

The incident occurred on June 13, 2025, when police received reports that a man – suspected to be Crisp – had inappropriately touched a young girl, according to the original criminal complaint.
