SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The Downtown Sioux Falls Pork Showdown is in full swing as over 25 downtown restaurants feature their unique pork creations.

“I’m always thinking about food and menu items just because that’s how my brain is wired, so sometimes they come to me immediately, sometimes they take time to craft and care for,” said Beau Vondra, Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Fernson Downtown.

At Fernson Downtown, those menu items include two entries into this year’s Pork Showdown.
