A homelessness and addiction recovery drop-in hub is set to open Nov. 3 at 210 Lochiel St. in Sarnia.
It’s part of a homelessness and addictions recovery treatment (HART) hub pilot project in Sarnia that early this year was approved for provincial funding of $5 million a year for three years. It’s one among 28 hubs across the province.
