MOUND, La. (KNOE) - Southern Heritage Air Foundation prepares for a unique air clinic on Friday with a special race on Saturday. The clinic and race will feature 52 World War 2 planes known as Warbirds. Pilots from 18 states are registered to participate.

Daniel Fordice, founder of the Southern Heritage Air Foundation, says it’s part of the largest North American Trainer Association Warbird formation clinic. The event will support the Southern Heritage Air Foundation’s Museum and Mission.
