Improvements to bridge surface to cause weekend delays

Planned improvements to the surface of a bridge on U.S. 15 near Thurmont will cause delays over the next two weekends, according to Maryland's State Highway Administration.

Workers will close the left lane and shoulder of the bridge on northbound U.S. 15 over Md. 77 beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, and ending at 5 a.m. Monday, according to an SHA press release.
